Read and make your own decisions. We have become  cannabis converts. We have come to the realization that our use of cannabis and entheogenic sacraments classifies as religious.

The Bona fide religious use of cannabis as an entheogenic sacrament is legal.  It has never been illegal. It has been documented in the majority of the world’s largest religions dating as far back as 2,500 years primarily in the Hindu, Judaic (ancient Hebrew), Scythians, Celtic, Sikh, Buddhism, Shinto, Magi, and Muslim religions.  If it were illegal, then government would be in violation of its own laws that protect the freedom of religion.  Government has been negligent in the protection of the bona fide use of cannabis as an entheogenic sacrament, thus we have the confusion that exist between legal cannabis and illegal cannabis. Government in violation of its own laws jeopardizes the entire governmental process.

Our forefathers came to this land in hopes of religious freedom along with other freedoms. Ignorance cost millions. The Bill of Rights was drafted to ensure certain rights. We need to educate ourselves and we can start standing up for our community. Now is the time to unite and let the power of the people work for us. Religious rights are the only federal protection we have so learn to use them.

The Church of Cognitive Therapy recognizes membership through your local C.O.C.T. minister or partial membership with website registration for now. We are working on getting membership ID cards to all members who desire to have them. More documents are on they way along with a membership handbook.  All new members must be sponsored by another member, sign a religious affirmation or write a testimonial of beliefs concerning their use of Entheogenic Sacraments . With time and patients our community will grow.
